Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 602-849-4809 with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 602-849-4809

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 602-849-4809

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
